Protests must be filed here: http://members.iracing.com/membersite/member/protest/file_protest.jsp

Emails or private messages to staff members are not considered protests and will not be reviewed.

All protests must be filed within seven days of the infraction or violation.

Full details regarding protests can be found in section 8 of the sporting code document on the member site.
